Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Exhibitors and Artists understand and agree to the following:

Exhibitors and Artists are responsible for all items sold, maintained and presented at their booth. Exhibitors and Artists must provide their own computers, office materials (paper, staples, paper clips, tape et al) as ICC will not be offering any of these items before or during the Convention.

Exhibitors and Artists are responsible for securing their booths and materials each night prior to the exhibition hall closing each day; and understand that the hotel locks the exhibition hall each night. *It is recommended that Exhibitors and Artists remove items from the Hall that can not be locked, sealed or otherwise secured against theft or removal.

It is understood that the Exhibitor and Artists are responsible for securing all of their valuable items (i.e.: money, devices et al) and that Indie Creator Con nor the International Palms Hotel is responsible for lost or stolen items that have failed to be secured as indicated*.

Weapons Policy

No weapons of any kind will be allowed on the Convention Floor, or surrounding areas. All items used as display, as part of a costume or for demonstration must be peace bonded and verified by Convention security staff. Removal of peace bonding or violation of the weapons policy will be grounds for removal from the Convention and any applicable laws of Orange County or the State of Florida that have been violated.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons/situations ONLY:

An Exhibitor/Artist is unable to attend, regardless of reason; and contacts the Convention Director 3 Months (90 days) either in an email or via phone prior to the Conventions opening date; this will enable ICC to resell that Exhibitor/Artists Space.

Otherwise all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Attendance is the responsibility of the Exhibitor/Artist and ICC expects all of it’s Exhibitors/Artists to behave professionally in all dealings with other Exhibitors/Artist and Attendee’s/Guests. Failure to abide and conduct themselves in a professional manner will be grounds for removal from the convention and/or other appropriate legal actions that might be required or apply.
