Convention Hours
Indie Creator Con will be held the weekend of August 3rd through the 5th 2012 at
the international Palms Hotel on International Drive in Orlando Florida. Daily Hours
of Operation are:
Thursday August 2nd
Exhibitor/Artist
Load In/Setup
6pm to 11 pm,
Doors will be locked promptly at 11:10pm
Friday August 3rd
Early Morning
Setup/Load in from 8am to 9:30am

Opening Ceremonies from 9:45am - 10:15am
Convention Opens
at 11am - Convention Closes at 6pm
Saturday August 4th
Convention Opens at
10am - Convention Closes at 7pm
Sunday August 5th
Convention Opens at
10am - Convention Closes at 5pm
Closing Ceremonies
for all Exhibitors/Artists/Attendees 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Break Down and Load
Out begins at 5:00pm until 7:30pm

admission to the convention low.
Everything is spelled out in detail so there is no guessing as to what your event
Pass gets you.
All Our Passes give you access to our Panels, Workshops & Exhibition Hall.
It is good for only the day(s) it was purchased for. Each of our daily Passes is
priced differently to reflect what is being offered for that day and the
amount of attendee's anticipated.
